Our team at Featured connects journalists, sources, publishes, and subject matter experts to deliver timely, relevant content. We run three key brands:

- [Featured](https://featured.com) is a co-pilot for public relations that helps PR professionals find media opportunities and submit pitches to land placements and build visibility.
- [HARO](https://www.helpareporter.com) (Help a Reporter Out) is a 3x-daily email newsletter that has connected journalists with expert sources since 2008.
- [Connectively](https://connectively.us) is a journalist request platform that connects publishers with subject matter experts.

Across all brands, timing is everything. We deliver emails to hundreds of thousands of recipients and each email needs to be delivered on time. **Email isn't just a channel**; it's the key value prop.

For HARO in particular, our emails are delivered to thousands of users blocking 15 minutes, three times a day, to be first into a journalist's inbox. We can't afford delays or unreliability.

When we acquired and revived HARO, we needed a reliable delivery provider. We started with HubSpot, moved to SendGrid, but quickly realized neither gave us the flexibility we needed. A developer on our team recommended Resend, and we were able to **switch providers and go live the same day**. We’ve been able to do everything we’ve wanted technically with low effort and high efficiency.

**The pace of innovation** keeps us with Resend. Having been in email for a long time, from the earliest days of Mailchimp's agency ecosystem, we've seen how slow this category can move. Resend consistently ships new features and improvements at a pace that matches our own product development. As a startup, that level of innovation on a core dependency is incredibly valuable.

When we've run into problems, **support has been exceptional**. We're on a first-name basis with the Resend team, sharing a Slack channel, jumping on Zoom calls, and building real relationships. Support is core to the entire company's culture, from the CEO to the support team.

If you love modern dev tools, **you'll love Resend**.
